It's good and consistent as every JJ's is, but they apparently no longer carry bean sprouts, which is ridiculous, as it was still on the menu.
Else the best choice for a good artisan sandwich in the area. -

My experience isnt like the other reviews.... yikes, I got lucky! I stopped in on the way back from a work trip. Super quick service with amazingly fresh subs. I love JJs! Always super quick, delicious and reasonable!

The food here is good, that is not the problem. It's the service. I came here with my kids and asked for a sub with ham, cheese, lettuce, and bacon. And I asked that our subs be cut in half. I get the subs, one was cut, the other not. So I go back up and ask to have it cut. No problem. Then my kids split it up, it has tomatoes and mayo. So I go back again and ask for a sub with what I originally asked for. The guy asked to see my receipt, he didn't believe new, and said he wouldn't put cheese on it if I hadn't paid for it! Even though they made the sub wrong in the first place! The guy actually raised his voice when I complained and said "this is a business! You think I can just give food away for free?" Unbelievable. I did finally get my sub. Not cut again. Never coming back here.

This location is exceptionally skimpy on the veggies in their subs. Staff was throwing things at each other while working on the line. I'm all for fun in the work place but what were they throwing and what if it fell into the line or someones sub? Tasted fine but won't be back tl this location.

Not a place to stay and eat. There is certainly a reason why they are freaky fast...it's to get your sandwich made and get you out of their store. Music is too loud to have a conversation and the staff are rattling items that competes with the psychedelic music pounding through the echo vacant space within the store.
